Thank you for going with jaylighting.com.We truly value your trust and support and are committed to providing you with high-quality lighting products and a thoughtful service experience. To ensure you can shop with confidence, we kindly invite you to review the following information regarding order cancellation, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been shipped:
Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund.
For cancellations or modifications made after 24 hours but before shipment, a 5% handling fee based on the order total will apply. Thank you for your understanding

If the order has been shipped but not yet delivered:
Cancellations at this stage will be treated as returns. A refund will be issued, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that our return processing centers are currently only located in the United States and overseas warehouse. Returns must be shipped to one of the designated addresses provided by our customer service team.

Please note: Custom-made products and light bulbs are not eligible for return.

3. Return Conditions

 Product Defects or Shipping Damage:

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification. We will cover all costs and provide a full refund, including return shipping fees.

 Personal Reasons:

If you return a product for reasons such as incorrect size or change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued after inspection, minus the shipping cost.

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to replace an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.

Please note: Custom-made products cannot be exchanged.

6. Custom Orders

Once a custom order is confirmed and enters production, it cannot be canceled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

7. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us:

Email support@jaylighting.com or reply to your order confirmation email with the following information:

Order number

The name and quantity of item(s) to return

Reason for return

Preferred resolution: refund, exchange, or store credit

2. Return Authorization:

Our customer service team will provide you with an approved return address and detailed instructions.

Friendly Reminder: Please do not ship returns to unauthorized addresses, as this may affect your refund or exchange process.

3. Prepare the Package:

Please ensure the item is unused and packed securely in its original packaging with all accessories included.

4. Ship the Item:

We recommend taking photos of the product and packaging (inside and out) before shipping. Unless the return is due to a quality issue, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Quality-Related Returns:

If your return is approved due to a quality issue, we will reimburse your return shipping cost. Please email the shipping receipt and tracking number to support@jaylighting.com.
