Thank you for going with jaylighting.com.We partner with global carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. Please review the full details below.

1.Order Processing Time

Orders process within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.Warehouse operates Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).Weekend and holiday orders may experience minor delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.

Note: Made-to-order or customized lighting fixtures may require additional production time. We will contact you with an updated timeline if applicable.

2.Shipping Timeline

Subject to availability, products will be shipped from our warehouses in USA and overseas warehouse.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time(depending on your location). Total Delivery Time by shipping method are:

3.Shipping Cost

Air Freight and Ocean Freight: All applicable shipping and duty fees are covered by us.

Expedited Shipping: Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to upgrade the shipping method, please be sure to contact us before shipment.

4.Change of Address

After the package is shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address modification will be successful.

If a change of address is required, in any case the carrier will charge us a change of address fee, and if the new address is not in the vicinity of the wrong address, the carrier will charge us an additional re-delivery fee.

If you ask us to make a change, we will send you an invoice to cover the additional cost of the change of address so we can break even.

We appreciate your understanding that while we do our best to cover the cost of any mistakes made by ourselves, we cannot cover the cost of mistakes that are beyond our control.

5.Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours.

If tracking is not updating, contact us at support@jaylighting.com and we will investigate within 48 hours.

6.Assembly Notice

All lighting products are shipped unassembled to ensure safe transportation.

Assembly is required upon receipt. Our prices do not include installation or assembly services.

All furniture products are shipped as a whole, special products require self-installation of hardware

7.Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.

Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 5% fee to cover restocking and material preparation.

Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production begins.
